Recipes - Sesame Soy Poke Bowl (makes 4 servings

1 lb. uncooked Salmon, cut into 3/4" cubes
1/4 C. Red Shell Sesame Soy Dressing
1 10 oz. can Pineapple Tidbits
1/4 C. Edamame Beans
1/4 C. Shredded Carrots
1/4 C. Shredded Red Cabbage
Parsley to garnish
Sesame seeds to garnish
2 C. Steamed Rice

1. In a medium bowl, combine Salmon and Sesame Soy Dressing
2. Add 1/2 C. of Rice to each of 4 bowls
3. Top with Salmon, Pineapple, Edamame, Carrots and Cabbage.
4. Garnish with Parsley
5. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds
