Teriyaki Fish Stir Fry Recipe

1 T. Vegetable Oil
2 Mild Fllets (around 8 ounces) of White Fish, deboned and skin removed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 Red Pepper sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 Bell Pepper sliced 1/4" thick
5 Dry Shiitake Mushrooms soaked in water and softened, then sliced into 1/4" wide pieces
2 Green Onion Stalks, sliced

In a wok or large frying pan, add your vegetable oil and heat to medium-high heat. Add red and bell peppers, shiitake muchrooms and green onions and saute. Add the white fish and it let sear on both sides until fish is no longer translucent. Drizzle with Red Shell Teriyaki Sauce  and stir well. Serve with cooked white rice.

Makes approximately 4 servings.
