Teriyaki Beef with Broccoli and Noodles
1 package of dry chuka soba noodles
2 teaspoons canola oil
1/2 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
2 cups fresh small broccoli florets
1/2 C. Red Shell Teriyaki Sauce
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 T. sesame seeds
Cook noodles in boiling water and drain. Set aside
Stir fry beef until browned (1-3 minutes). Remove from pan.
Stir fry broccoli until tender (1-2 minutes). Add noodles, beef and teriyaki sauce and toss until everything is coated with sauce.
Divide into bowls and garnish each serving with green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Makes 4 servings.
