Stir Fry Asparagus with Mushrooms and Red Shell Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
1 T Red Shell Teriyaki Sauce
1 bunch Asparagus washed and trimmed
8 oz. fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, or a handful of dried Mushrooms soaked until soft.
1-2 T water
In a nonstick skillet or a wok, heat the Teriyaki Sauce and water.
Add the asparagus and mushrooms.
Cook, stirring often, for 3-5 minutes, until the asparagus is to desired softness.
