Crock Pot Shredded Teriyaki Beef Recipe

3-4 pound boneless beef chuck or round roast
1 cup beef broth
Red Shell Teriyaki Sauce
2 green onions

Place roast beef into your slow cooker.
Add beef broth to slow cooker.
Cook roast in slow cooker for 4 hours on High setting or 6-8 hours on Low.
Once roast beef has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs and place in a large bowl. Break apart lightly with two forks and place it back in the slow cooker set on warm for another hour.
Place a mound of rice on a serving plate. Top with shredded beef, and drizzle with Red Shell Teriyaki Sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions.
