Chef Mika Nakata's Baked Miso Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
1 T. Red Shell Miso Dressing
1 T. Mayonnaise
1/2 T. Sriracha
Pinch of Salt
8 oz. Salmon Filet
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix Miso Dressing with Mayonnaise, Sriracha and Salt
Spread the mixture over the salmon and bake for 10-12 minutes.
