Recipes - Teriyaki Beef Sandwich Appetizers with Spinach and Carrots

Ingredients:
3 lb chuck roast
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup chicken stock
1 bottle Red Shell Teriyaki Sauce
Fresh shredded carrots
Fresh spinach
Brioche buns, toasted

Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees. Season chuck roast with salt and pepper. Mix teriyaki sauce with chicken stock and cover roast.
2. Cook covered for 2 hours.
3. Remove and slice and assemble your sandwiches!
